Commercial Boulevard District (CBD) is part of the Lusail City Development and the heart of Lusail. Lusail Real Estate Development Company (LREDC) is both the master developer and plot developer. The scale of the boulevard and the buildings are modelled on the Champs-Élysées forming a grand and prestigious civic gesture, with the iconic Lusail Towers to the east.
CBD Bid package 18A with18 plots comprising mixed-use developments including 2 Gateway Offices, 2 Hotels (5 star and 4 star), 3 Offices, 9 Retail, 1 Residential and 1 Exhibition Gallery.
The built-up area for each plot ranges from 7,000 sqm to approximately 50,000 sqm and includes parking areas in the basements and podium.
A unique feature of this project is the Boulevard outdoor cooling designed to tackle the harsh environment to reduce the thermal heat during summer in public spaces such as food & beverage patio and walkways.
KEO achieved the successful completion of the design and all construction documents as consultant to a Design/Build Contractor.
