Aldar Properties commissioned KEO to design a high quality residential complex suitable for its tenant, Etihad Air, to house their senior management and flight crew. The vision of the design was also to be in keeping with the airline’s drive to recruit and retain the very best in staff by providing highest standard in accommodations with varied amenities and good security.

Extensive community amenities were part of the design that include pools, picnic and BBQ areas, gyms, playgrounds, shaded parking, and well landscaped areas.

The complex has a mix of 48 one-Bedroom, 182 two-Bedroom, and 228 three- Bedroom apartments, a total of 458 apartments.

The remit for the design was to also maximize return on investment to ensure efficiencies in the building layouts and in the design of the interiors to provide high value at lowest cost that could be achieved. To provide design solutions to meet the investor budget. The project was put on hold after near completion of all design documentation.
