The project comprises of 2 towers on a combined podium, Tower 01 comprises of G+M+5Podium + 33 floors with 230 units, while Tower 2 comprises of G+M+5Podium+ 26 floors with 217 units. The podium comprises of 8 apartments on 4 levels.

KEO took over at the completion of Architectural Concept Stage and continued with all services and management of all specialized sub-consultants till completion of tender documentation. KEO then went on to supervise the construction of the project.
