KEO was appointed as the Lead Consultant
to take over an architectural concept and
to complete the design, to engineer the development and inclusive of all other specialist services. In response to evolving market demands and requirement by DAMAC, KEO went on to redesign all the towers, the floor plans, and podiums to achieve more desired program and budget.
The program of the towers include a Hotel, Superior Apartments, Offices, and Serviced Apartments.
The site is divided into two plots total of
around 20,000m2, but designed as one integral development with common parking and podium. Each tower comprises of 2 Basement Levels + GF + 10 Podium + Amenities + 53 or 64 stories respectively.
The podium level “Aykon Plaza” serves as the city’s entertainment and lifestyle hub with its mix of F&B, retail, and high-end leisure amenities.
Aykon City is just minites from the City Walk and DIFC.
