Project Overview: Golf Heights by Emaar Golf Heights by Emaar epitomizes a seamless fusion of architectural and interior design. Its modern aesthetic, crafted with premium materials, offers residents breathtaking views and sets a new standard for urban luxury. The tower comprises a basement, ground floor, five-level podium, and 38 residential floors. The tower, set in the heart of Dubai Hills Estate, spans a 4,935m2 plot and offers a range of 1 to 4-bedroom apartments, blending architectural innovation with contemporary elegance.
Design Highlights: A unique aspect of the façade treatment is the horizontal expression of the terraces set within the context of the required 40/60 mix between the openings to solids ratio to create a simple but elegant façade expression. The units are vertically stacked, to reinforce the human scale, using a palette of white and grey materials carefully selected to reflect the context to reflect its luxurious setting.
Community Focus: Emaar desired a residential tower that fostered a sense of community. To address this challenge, KEO carefully planned communal spaces that encourage social interaction. These include:
• A stylish lobby for socializing and recreation.
• An amenity deck atop the parking podium featuring a pool, landscaped areas, and outdoor seating. • Retail spaces on the ground floor to serve both residents and the local community.
Maximizing Views: Strategically positioned to maximize stunning vistas of the Emirates Golf Club and the Dubai skyline, the tower incorporates expansive balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows. This design ensures panoramic views and enhances the indoor- outdoor living experience.
