ROSHN Standard Residential Prototypes with an unique design that fuses the modern with the traditional architecture to celebrate the Kingdom’s rich culture and heritage.

ROSHN is developing standard residential prototypes to spread across the Saudi Arabia Kingdom in different regions: Riyadh, Eastern Province, Jeddah, Makkah, Asir and Kharj.

ROSHN will utilize the Prototypes as part of a separate Master planning contract. These prototypes will be site adapted as part of this master planning contract.

This will be one of the first communities developed following international standards and Central Region using a world class design that reflects Saudi Arabia’s rich culture and heritage.

The prototypes follow a unique design that fuse modern design with traditional architecture to celebrate the Kingdom’s rich culture and history.

The prototypes will include Villas, Duplexes and Townhouses.

KEO is the main Consultant leader and is providing al the services except for AOR.
