Sparkle Towers includes two towers, one 20 stories and the other 14 stories respectively, that have a mix of commercial and residential units located on the Dubai Marina. Tower A has Residential Units from 5th to 29th floor above a podium with a ground floor plus 4 floors. Tower B has Residential Units from the 5th to 14th Floor above a podium with ground floor plus 4 floors. The towers include 3 Basements. Sparkle Towers offer a full range of residential units; Studio, One, Two, and Three Bedrooms and Four- Bedroom Duplexes.
The development includes swimming pools, health club, kids play area and other amenities. The commercial spaces include shops and food and beverage outlets.
The signature brand comes from a collaboration with the famous crystals company, Swarovski.
KEO provided full Construction Management Services from the taking over from the Enabling Contractor through to completion of construction and the testing and commissioning period.
