The property had a business model of a branded 5-star hotel with serviced apartments and having “for sale” luxury apartments all managed under the 5-star St. Regis brand. It comprises two towers: a 17-story 220-key hotel tower with 40 serviced apartments, the other tower with 79 high-end branded apartments. The towers rest on top of a podium that includes retail, food and beverage outlets and other extensive amenities.

KEO was appointed as the PMC (Project and Construction Manager) and Cost Consultant from start of the project until completion of all building works. KEO managed a large group of consultants, contractors and other stakeholders involved in the delivery of the project responsible for time, cost, and quality objectives of this challenging and world class project with a team on the ground in Jordan.
