The Project:
Located on the southwest coast of Qatar, approximately 110 miles from Hamad International Airport, the Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas is a beacon of luxury, marked by the iconic Salwa Lighthouse. This 250-key resort combines the charm of the Greek Islands with opulent Eastern- style interiors across its five-story structure, which includes 88 private villas sprawled along 3.5 kilometers of pristine coastline.

The resort features a variety of world-class amenities designed to cater to guests of all ages:
‐ Desert Falls Water Park: Largest waterpark in Qatar.

Our Contribution
C-Quest was appointed by the Lead Consultant, KEO, for the Salwa Resort project. C-Quest provided comprehensive Cost Management and Quantity Surveying Services, ensuring the project’s financial integrity and efficient resource use.

Making the difference, C-Quest’s impact on the project was due to:
