Dear Colleagues, Friends and Valued Partners,
The health and welfare of our staff, their families, our partners, clients and the communities in which we operate, remains as our number one priority. The world community is coming together, with people doing all they can to curb and suppress the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We in KEO would like to share with you what actions we have taken, and what policies and procedures we have adopted in response to this pandemic.
KEO had formed a task force from the early days of the Corona outbreak that includes Health and Safety specialists who daily review all developments and news, advisories and official notifications issued by all governmental authorities in each of the countries of operation related to the pandemic. The Task Force regularly issues our Coronavirus Exceptional Policy updates and maintains interactive webpages for all staff keeping them informed of the latest news and company policies that must be adhered to.
We have followed all the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and local health authorities that includes the strict adherence to all mandated quarantine regulations. Policies have been rolled out to ensure the safety of our staff. Restrictions have been imposed on international and regional travel, attending any events, limiting visitors from our offices, utilizing teleconferencing for most all of our meetings, adopting staff health screening measures, and having put in place a rigid office cleaning program with intense sanitization protocols.
Further to that we have fully implemented the ability, for those KEO staff who must or need to work remotely, to be able to do so connected seamlessly into our robust operating and information technology systems utilizing cloud collaboration platforms linking all of our offices and their professionals. This includes ability to conduct client meetings via teleconferencing. In short, we foresee no loss of business continuity.
KEO is committed to supporting all local and international initiatives to combat the impact of COVID-19. We will continue to be in full compliance with all directives from all health and government agencies in each jurisdiction where we operate. These are uncharted times, of unparalleled proportions. We take very seriously our role as global citizens and here to help in every way possible during these challenging times.
