23 Marina Tower

High-tech, Postmodern Architecture graces the 4th tallest building in Dubai and 6th tallest residential in the world.

23 Marina is an 89-story, 392.4 m residential skyscraper located in the popular Dubai Marina District, Dubai. As of 2022, it is the fourth tallest building in Dubai and the sixth tallest residential building in the world. The tower has 57 swimming pools and each duplex in the tower is equipped with its own private elevator.

Parking is provided for (574) vehicles in four basement levels, on three podium levels and on the ground level. Each parking space is connected to one of the 289 luxury apartments by six extra-high- speed and 48 home elevators.

The tower contains mix of 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments, duplexes and a famous 6-bedroom penthouse with its own nightclub, cinema and cigar lounge.

A 16-meter-high entrance foyer welcomes visitors and residents with its impressively designed interiors featuring rear lit onyx panels angled and facing the dramatic glass entrance.

The luxury design language and standard of quality follows into all of the public spaces using carefully selected travertine and granite finishes including the three levels of spa and leisure facilities with swimming pools. The overall style of the interiors is modern European, presented in a color scheme of white, beige and darker browns.

KEO was commissioned to design and engineer the tower and provide multi-disciplinary services to the completion of tender documentation. KEO was the Construction Consultant managing the works until handing over.
