LEED Silver 46-storey CMA Headquarters will create a dynamic new landmark in Kuwait City.

Base of the tower comprises of VIP ceremonial entrance surrounded with lush greenery and water feature to create more pleasing and welcoming effect.

Materials selected for hardscape and wall finishes complement façade design ensuring seamless look and feel and well-coordinated design.

Natural tones and materials soften the building mass Planting species even though with rich foliage and color are local and adaptive ensuring low water consumption and sustainable design.

Internal planting was carefully selected in coordination with interior design to provide desired ambiance to internal space.
